FIELD MANAGEMENT UNITS

Zunheboto DMU has two FMU, Atoizu FMU and Pughoboto FMU. They are each headed by the respective Range Officer and assisted by his staff.

Atoizu FMU is headed by Shri Bokato Forest Range Officer. Other field staffs include Shri Hekato Fr-I and six Forest Guards namely Z. Kato, Kheto Labo, Tokavi, Atokivi and Kuhovi.

Pughoboto FMU is headed by Shri Kihoto Forest Range Officer. Other field staffs include Shri H. Hito Fr-I, Vinito Kiho Fr-II and four Forest Guards namely Katoshe, Vihuto, Tokaho and Khehoto.

Each FMU is provided support of an NGO to assist the FMU in preparation of micro plans, and planning and execution of EPAs and livelihood improvement works.
