DIVISIONAL MANAGEMENT UNIT

Divisional Management Units is headed by the concerned Divisional Forest Officer who will be the ex-officio DMU Heads. Following is the general structure of a DMU.

An officer in the rank of ACF will be ex-officio Assist DMU Head. In each DMU four experts shall be placed, namely; Administration and Accounts Officer (AAO); Planning and Livelihood Expert; M&E and Convergence Expert; and Capacity Building, Information Education Communication and Documentation Expert. The AAO shall be a serving or retired person deputed/ contracted for the said position. Other three experts shall be hired on a contractual basis for the project period.

Zunheboto Divisional Management Unit

Under the project the Divisional Management Unit is headed by Shri Rajkumar M, IFS, the Divisional Forest Officer of Zunheboto Division and Shri H. Tokugha Chophy ACF is the Asst. DMU Head. The DMU has two experts namely; Davis Zhimomi, Planning and Livelihood Expert and Abigail H, Capacity Building, Information Education Communication and Documentation Expert. It also has other support staff in the capacity of; Data Entry/ Computer Operator, Accounts Assistant, Driver and Office Assistant.
