Having over 15 years of experience with organisations such as Accenture, Goldman Sachs and Thomson Reuters, I now support small and mid-size businesses in their Learning and Development domains.

I demonstrate a strong business acumen and blend of conceptual & practical knowledge with a focused execution to drive business-impacting transformation solutions through our learning modules. Having worked as a business entrepreneur early in my career, I am passionate and focused towards transforming individuals and businesses.

My corporate experience in designing and deploying holistic talent management programs encompassing a range of learning & development solutions, leadership and management development, high potential development, internal career & mobility programs, employee engagement and communication come in handy, while delivering training to my clients.
