Hepa filters ( AIR FILTERS- Panel types )
Hepa filters are manufactured with imported submicronic glass fiber media of 0.3 microns and above filtrations. In the normal design the glass fiber media is formed in to accordion pleats separated with aluminum separators and then sealed into the frame with suitable non dissolving adhesives. These filters are designed to give an efficiency of more than 99.97 % down to 0.3 microns with an initial pressure drop of less than 25 mmwg. Standard sizes available are.

Hepa filters Minipleat design
These Hepa filters are made in close pleat configuration with aluminium spacers there by available extended surface area filtrations. Hot melt glues are used as separators in between the glass fiber media.. Since aluminium separators are absent in these filters, they have more filtration area per unit size there by more life and less pressure drops., Standard sizes available are.

Micro Fine Filters ( AIR FILTERS- Panel types )
With synthetic non woven media / HDPE (Nylon) mesh, these filters designed for 3 5 microns with an Efficiency of more than 98 %.. Close pleated design for more life and Rod type design for higher strength are the usual designs available. All these filters are washable and hence reusable. Normal sizes available are
