Traditional Elephant Head With Nettipattam Wall Hanging

In Kerala, elephants are decorated with Nettipattam during temple festivals. Nettipattam is a glittering ornament that adorns the forehead of an elephant. This product is a miniature of a decorated elephant head made of solid rosewood with Nettipattam (caparison).

People believe that the Nettipattam (caparison) brings prosperity and peace as it represents the Hindu gods in its entirety.
